Cancellation Policy

48 advance notice required for all rescheduled or cancelled appointments. Appointments will be held for 30 days. No refunds. If gift certificate is form of payment and you no show, gift card will be voided for payment of missed service. I charge 100% cancellation or no show fee within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This time has been reserved for you, and when you don't show, it takes the opportunity for someone else to fill the spot. All sales are final. No refunds.
